- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios with internal stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies shaping 2026 landscapes
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market entry
- Advise executive leadership on strategic pivots based on future trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks (5+ year horizons)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (GenAI, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable plans
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership on innovation or future trends (preferred)
