Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI)
- Identify market disruption opportunities through trend analysis and horizon scanning
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders

- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging tech trends (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level influence
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
