- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for prototyping 2026-viable solutions
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, DARPA, and global innovation hubs
- Author annual 'FutureState' whitepapers cited in Forbes and Nature
Qualifications
- PhD in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough portfolio)
- 10+ years in innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale impact
- Published work on singularity-preparedness or exponential tech adoption
- Expertise in scenario planning using AI-driven foresight platforms
- Proven track record of launching products 3-5 years ahead of market
- Security clearance or experience in classified R&D environments preferred
- Fluency in at least one future programming language (e.g., Rust 2.0)
