Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Algorithms: Design and implement advanced machine learning models, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Quantum Integration: Research and prototype hybrid quantum-classical computing approaches to solve complex optimization problems.
- Ethical AI Frameworks: Develop guidelines and safety protocols to ensure AI autonomy aligns with human values and regulatory standards.
- Prototype Development: Build and deploy scalable AI solutions that can operate efficiently in edge environments and cloud infrastructures.
- Research Publication: Lead internal research initiatives and publish findings in top-tier AI conferences and journals.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in research or applied machine learning roles, with a proven track record of leading significant projects.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Future-Ready Skills: Experience with Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and familiarity with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive innovative solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
