- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable impact on market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen solutions in quantum computing, biotechnology, and neural interfaces
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies including AI consciousness and genetic editing
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present visionary technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Drive innovation through our 'Future Incubator' program, mentoring prototype teams from concept to market
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with demonstrable impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech)
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience leading global cross-cultural tech teams in matrix organizations
