Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligning with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable tech solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, neurotech, or climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Ability to secure $10M+ in R&D funding
