Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortiums
- Present technology forecasts to investors and board members with data-driven insights
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused methodologies and speculative design
- Author thought leadership publications on technological singularity preparedness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, or neurotech
- Proven track record of translating technical concepts into executive-level narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent experience
- Experience leading teams through technology transition phases (2+ major shifts)
- Strong publication record in IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent tier venues
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred
