Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives

- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, VCs, and government innovation labs
- Drive ethical technology frameworks and sustainable innovation practices across all initiatives
- Present strategic vision and progress to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor emerging tech talent and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on future-tech planning
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: generative AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, and biotech convergence
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
