Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (biotech, neural interfaces, climate tech) for market disruption
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for future-focused pilot programs
- Partner with MIT, Stanford, and EU Tech Council on 2026 tech standards
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ in future-tech forecasting
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE/ACM on emerging technologies
- Proven success scaling quantum/AI initiatives in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in climate tech and ethical AI frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Experience securing federal/state grants for innovation projects
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent designation preferred
