Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps across AI, biotech, and clean energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, DARPA, and global tech unicorns
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn companies
- Proven track record of launching 3+ breakthrough technologies to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar advanced credential
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives with measurable impact
