Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology strategy roadmap by analyzing emerging trends, market disruptions, and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech innovation
- Develop predictive models for technological adoption and market impact across 5 verticals
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology investments with business objectives
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with global research institutions and innovation hubs
- Present future technology scenarios to stakeholders and investors with data-driven insights
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through futurist workshops and hackathons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario development capabilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
