Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market trends and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $500M+ market potential by 2026
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to the board of directors
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech integration across all product lines
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record in scaling technology teams across 3+ continents
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or Web3 infrastructure
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding for speculative technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF)
