Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology investments with long-term business objectives
- Drive innovation workshops with global R&D teams and academic partners
- Author thought leadership reports on future technology impacts
- Manage cross-functional prototyping of next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness for 2026 challenges
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of tech policy, ethical frameworks, and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
