Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech integration, neural interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and competitive threats
- Design and validate technology adoption frameworks for enterprise and consumer markets
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic initiatives' impact on market position and revenue growth
- Maintain thought leadership through industry publications and conference presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching next-gen tech products with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience scaling teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
