Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate strategic innovations into commercial roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage a global network of technology partners and academic collaborations
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them into business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, or quantum)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile and waterfall environments
