Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, carbon-neutral tech)
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual budget allocation
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in future-tech planning
- Proven track record scaling disruptive innovations to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Fluency in future-tech modeling tools (scenario planning, tech roadmapping)
