Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and climate-tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems using cutting-edge tools like Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, DeepMind, and NASA for collaborative R&D initiatives
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough innovations through agile development cycles and patent strategy
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and board members with data-backed ROI projections
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders Program
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting 2026's digital infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in launching at least two commercialized AI/quantum products
- Expertise in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (Q# or Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and sustainable tech architectures
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from federal grants or venture capital
- Certified in AWS Quantum Technologies and Google Quantum AI specialization
- Prior experience with DARPA or EU Horizon Europe innovation programs
- Publish record in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in quantum/AI domains
