Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for disruptive technologies (quantum, bio-computing, AR/VR) and assess business implications
- Design 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with ESG and UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Lead R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and decentralized AI systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum startups
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board members
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- 12+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML systems to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in quantum computing fundamentals or synthetic biology
- Fluency in at least one emerging tech domain (neuromorphic, metamaterials, etc.)
- Certification in Future Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with climate-positive tech implementation
