Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast 2026-2030 market disruptions
- Develop multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Mentor emerging tech talent and foster an innovation culture
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging fields: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Exceptional data literacy with proficiency in predictive analytics tools
