Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions in AI, blockchain, and biotech
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess commercial viability
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortiums
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Quantify ROI on emerging tech investments using predictive modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within high-growth sectors
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or Web3 infrastructure
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ ARR
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier innovation journals
- Deep familiarity with ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
