- Develop strategic frameworks for digital transformation and future-proofing operations
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and Board of Directors
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological readiness and innovation ROI
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, Web3.0)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on future studies
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting complex future concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
