- Build and manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
- Drive cross-functional initiatives between engineering, product, and design teams
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Strategic certification (e.g., TOGAF, CTO School) or advanced degree in relevant field
