- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Design ethical frameworks for AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Manage innovation lab budget ($5M+) and resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in future-casting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
- Published research in IEEE or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with international tech policy development
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
