- Develop cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with ESG goals and market expansion targets
- Partner with C-suite to prioritize R&D investments and allocate $50M+ annual innovation budget
- Establish KPI frameworks for emerging tech adoption, measuring ROI and competitive impact
- Build global ecosystems with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members through data-driven narratives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies and agile transformation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market impact
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
