Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision and market trends
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech insights into product roadmaps and business models
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation of emerging technologies
- Manage a $5M+ R&D budget for strategic technology investments and pilot programs
- Present technology foresight insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adopting future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing and implementing 5-year+ technology roadmaps

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
