Responsibilities

- Partner with policy think tanks to shape ethical frameworks for 2026's autonomous systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech threats and opportunities in post-quantum cryptography
- Drive innovation sprints with MIT and Stanford research labs
- Architect sustainable tech ecosystems for circular economy implementation
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board of directors
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in technology strategy with portfolio of deployed future-tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and decentralized AI architectures
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling ventures from concept to commercialization
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
- Security clearance for defense-contract collaboration (preferred)
