Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption priorities
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to identify first-mover advantages in emerging markets
- Translate technical opportunities into viable business cases with clear ROI projections
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, biotech convergence)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of implementing successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
