Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Translate technical capabilities into competitive business advantages
- Present visionary strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Oversee R&D initiatives for next-gen product development
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or senior R&D leadership
- Proven experience with long-term (5+ year) technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, biotech)
- MBA or advanced degree in technology/science preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futures studies
- Experience scaling technology teams in high-growth environments
