Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps aligned with global sustainability goals and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems, biotech interfaces, and quantum applications
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with trillion-dollar market potential
- Partner with venture capital arms to evaluate and incubate pre-seed innovation opportunities
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on technology disruption scenarios
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio balancing moonshots with scalable commercialization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on Fortune 500 roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, trend analysis)
- Published thought leadership on AI governance or biotech ethics (IEEE/Nature journals)
- Experience scaling startups from seed to unicorn status in emerging tech sectors
- Proficiency in quantum computing frameworks and neuromorphic architecture
- Security clearance eligibility for classified innovation partnerships
