Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and partnerships for cutting-edge technology solutions
- Forecast technology trends and prepare contingency plans for disruptive shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, immersive tech, or advanced robotics
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in technology impact modeling
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., TOGAF, CTO Academy) preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience building and leading high-performance innovation teams
