Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage R&D budget allocation for future-tech initiatives
- Ensure ethical AI and sustainable technology integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast tech adoption curves
- Experience managing $1M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
