- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 5-10 year commercial potential
- Partner with product teams to translate strategic vision into actionable development plans
- Build and maintain external partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused technologies

- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred) or equivalent experience
