Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruption across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and government agencies to accelerate innovation
- Oversee patent strategy and intellectual property development for breakthrough technologies
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and adoption success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, ethical AI frameworks, and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., INSEAD, MIT) strongly preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
