Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, biotech convergence) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs for innovation adoption
- Lead cross-functional initiatives bridging R&D, engineering, and business units to accelerate tech commercialization
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position our technology portfolio ahead of industry shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage innovation incubation programs nurturing breakthrough technologies from concept to prototype
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs for collaborative innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies in regulated industries
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., quantum computing, neurotech, sustainable AI)
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from World Future Society or similar)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience building innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 companies or scale-ups
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, accelerators, research labs)
