- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and scenario planning for technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology ROI and innovation maturity
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching next-gen products/services with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario modeling tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
