Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology planning for 2026+ initiatives, identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Develop and execute R&D roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and next-gen infrastructure
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position company as industry pioneer
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Drive innovation through prototyping and pilot programs for future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or similar senior tech roles
- Proven track record in anticipating and adapting to disruptive tech trends
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, or blockchain
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical concepts into strategic value
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Published thought leadership or speaking engagements in tech innovation preferred
