Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning or technology innovation
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and strategic reporting tools
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
