Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across product development
- Mentor junior innovators and foster an experimental culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough technologies (AI/quantum experience preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
