Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and future market trends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate innovative solutions before market entry
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption impact and ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory implications for innovation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to scout talent and IP
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or corporate innovation with exposure to emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives with measurable business impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance frameworks, quantum computing applications, or decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
