Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for disruptive potential and integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Foster strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or Web3
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in high-growth environments
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CIMP) preferred
