Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough innovations
- Secure strategic partnerships with NASA, CERN, and Fortune 500 pioneers
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Pioneer industry standards through published whitepapers and patents
- Mentor next-gen engineers in emerging tech disciplines
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives to commercial viability
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (2030+ horizon)
- Experience securing $50M+ R&D budgets
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Security clearance or ability to obtain (US citizenship required)
