- Develop strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs for technology adoption and ROI
- Champion digital transformation initiatives across R&D, operations, and customer experience
- Present technology strategy to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Build and manage an innovation lab focused on prototyping future solutions
- Nurture partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: generative AI, quantum computing, Web3, neurotech
- Exceptional strategic planning and financial modeling skills for large-scale tech investments
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent innovation framework
