Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with market trends and organizational goals

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with strategic relevance for 2026+
- Develop future-proof business models and go-to-market strategies for next-gen products
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and ROI

- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, product innovation, or R&D leadership
