Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology strategy integrating quantum AI, AR/VR, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies via patent analysis and startup scouting
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board with ROI projections
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech implementation
- Mentor talent in emerging tech certifications and innovation methodologies
- Collaborate with Stanford and MIT on industry-academia research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or Business with innovation focus
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Experience with federal tech initiatives (CHIPS Act, AI Bill of Rights)
- Fluency in Python and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
