Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026-2035 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, biotech integration)
- Establish KPIs and ROI frameworks for next-generation digital infrastructure
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor a diverse team of 12+ technologists and strategists
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ in future-focused roles
- Proven track record scaling enterprise-level digital transformations
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, Web3)
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or Business with PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Experience with federal grant applications and public-private partnerships
