Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/Master's preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
