Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and recommend adoption pathways
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D initiatives
- Ensure ethical implementation of disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum Specialist preferred)
