Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on 2026+ tech
- Proven track record launching quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Expertise in regulatory compliance for autonomous systems
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder alignment
