Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0, etc.)
- Develop innovation frameworks for emerging domains: generative AI, spatial computing, and autonomous systems
- Drive cross-functional R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Translate technical insights into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead prototype development of futuristic solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Establish governance protocols for ethical AI and responsible tech deployment
- Mentor next-gen talent through our Tech 2026 Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or spatial computing
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate tech concepts into ROI
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
