- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including autonomous systems and biometric integration
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Technology Management
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Certification in Technology Futures Planning or Innovation Management
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for AI and biotechnology (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
